The Arts Council for Long Beach is excited to introduce you to Joya De Foor, our new Treasurer-elect for the Arts Council Board of Directors. After a lengthy and extensive search, we are proud to announce that the nomination of Joya De Foor was unanimously approved at our July 6 board meeting! De Foor is the founder of De Foor Consulting Solutions, LLC has held past positions as the Chief Financial Officer for the City of Atlanta, City Treasurer of the City of Los Angeles and Treasurer and Revenue Officer for the City of Long Beach.
