How has arts and culture been a part of your life? How do we make sure there is access for all?

The Arts Council is proud to partner with the Los Angeles County Arts Commission and Museum of Latin American Art (MOLAA) and invites the community to discuss issues about diversity, equity and inclusion in the arts at a town hall meeting, taking place at MOLAA on June 27, 2016, from 7–9 p.m.

The event is part of a series of free, public town halls taking place throughout L.A. County in May and June through the L.A. County Cultural Equity and Inclusion Initiative. The town halls are a part of a large, inclusive process that will culminate with a report back to the Board of Supervisors recommending ways to enhance the participation and leadership of individuals from underrepresented communities in the arts.
