Create Long Beach, a Cultural Plan Framework for the City of Long Beach, has been undertaken as a partnership between the Arts Council for Long Beach and the City's Economic Development and Cultural Affairs Bureau. It has been designed to update a
comprehensive community cultural plan developed in 1995.
